Arcadia Yachts A96
About Arcadia Yachts A96
The Arcadia A96 does not only stand out for a number of innovative solutions, but for the idea of well-being on the water, which, according to the yard, makes her a “link between man and the sea "
As a project, the A96 was unveiled late in 2022, and the first launch and the world debut took place in 2023. The model was immediately appreciated by the public and got a number of prestigious awards for innovation, eco-friendliness and interior design.
The length of the Arcadia A96 is 29.07 m, the beam is 7.92 m, and the draft is 1.8 m.
The exterior design and naval architecture were developed in-house in collaboration with Studio Sole, and the interior is the yard’s first-time collaboration with Igor Lobanov.
Traditionally for the shipyard, the semidisplacement hull and the superstructure are of fiberglass, with partial use of aluminium for the outdoor verandas. The internal volume of the vessel is 214 GT.
The yacht has three decks. The upper one can be used as a sundeck, as it offers ample areas for recreation in the sun both aft and forward. The saloon at this level can be both open and enclosed thanks to the large sliding glass doors. There is also an open dining area and a small pantry next to the wheelhouse. The shipyard thought of separating the crew and guests’ paths, so there are separate passageways for them.
The main deck houses a saloon with a lounge and a dining area, as well as a master suite with an office, a wardrobe and a bathroom forward. The galley is located on the portside, between the owner’s suite and the saloon, and has a separate access for the crew. The only exterior area at this level is a huge lounge aft, which can serve both as a beach club and as an open terrace over the sea. When at anchor, the area of the main deck increases with the help of fold-out balconies in the saloon and terraces in the beach club.
The lower deck houses four guest suites: two double and two twin cabins. The crew quarters including three crew cabins are located forward.
There is no tender garage, but a boat of up to four meters can be carries right on the aft platform, while there is separate stowage for smaller water toys. The bathing platform folds down at anchor and can either be raised or lowered down into the water as deep as necessary.
The Arcadia A96 is powerd by conventional propulsion system. With quad engines of 800 to 1000 hp each, the model can reach a top speed of 21-24 knots. The fuel capacity is 12700 litres, which ensures a range of about 1760 nautical miles at 10 knots.
About 4.5 kW of energy generated by solar panels with the batteries fully charged is enough to power all the onboard systems when at anchor. According to the yard, the Arcadia A96 can operate for eight to nine hours in complete silence and with zero emissions.
