Although Magellano series does not belong to performance boats, Azimut Yachts used carbon fibre a lot in the Magellano 25M construction

This enabled increasing the space without increasing the weight: carbon fibre was used for the flybridge, the hardtop and the garage. The Dual Mode hull has two chines: the upper one provides a large local beam and stability in a displacement mode, while the lower one is meant for higher speeds and separates the flow, decreasing the drag and fuel consumption. 

Active Trim Control system provides automatic control of interceptors, ensuring optimal fuel consumption at any speed. And for comfortable anchorage in the Hotel Mode there are lithium batteries instead of generators that cover all the energy needs on board for six-eight hours with zero emission and in complete silence. 

The Magellano 25M is as a semi-custom model: the owner can choose the layout, the interior style and some optional equipment. Besides, since the very launch of this model the shipyard has been offering the customers an unusual interior version - the Art Yacht Project version by Vincenzo de Cotiis, an Italian architect and designer specializing in art objects. He is famous for the use of new, non-standard materials and processing them. For Azimut Magellano he applied various kinds of lacquered and brushed wood, mirror inserts, brass and… fiberglass. The version stands out for its unusual layout, too. 

No matter what layout you choose, the Magellano 25M offers ample and light spaces, designed for long and comfortable staying on board. There are four double cabins for the passengers, and two more for a crew of three. The helm station is in a Raised Pilot House, which allows one to use all of the main deck for recreation only.
