The Antares 8 introduced in 2021 is a pilothouse boat manufactured by  French Beneteau and available in two versions – Cruising and Fishing  

The Cruising version features a sleek, contemporary silhouette, and the Fishing version looks  more sporty and is equipped with fishing gear. 

The length of the boat is 8.06 m, the beam is 2.33 m, and the draft is 0.8 m. The exterior and naval architecture were developed by Beneteau Powerboats. The interior was designed by Sarrazin Design. The planing hull is made of fiberglass.

Both versions are very spacious for a boat of this size and can accommodate up to nine people on a day cruise. The model provides sleeping accommodation for up to five. There are two double berths, one in the forward cabin below deck and the other one in the wheelhouse. An extra berth can also be set up in the space under the saloon area.

The modular cockpit with seats and a removable table can be completely freed up for fishing and the seats transform into a large sunpad. Another feature of the Beneteau Antares 8 is the starboard side door, which facilitates mooring and allows fishermen to pull even the largest catch aboard.

The Antares 8 is equipped with a single 250 hp outboard engine.
