Galeon 800 Fly
About Galeon 800 Fly
Thanks to a wide range of options, colours and materials, each Galeon 800 Fly, the flagship of Galeon Yachts presented in 2012, can be fully adapted to all her owner’s needs
The length of the boat is 25.35 m, the beam is 5.80 m, and the draught is 1.30 m. The exterior and interior were developed by Galeon Yachts and the shipyard’s longtime partner Tony Castro.
The planing hull is made of fiberglass. The structure elements of carbon fiber allowed the manufacturer to increase the surface of the flybridge and offer not only a double helmsman’s seat, a fully equipped bar, dining and sunbathing zones, but also a Jacuzzi. The aft part of the flybridge can be used as a place to store a tender or a jet-ski (with a crane for launching) or to create another lounge with two semicircular sofas and tables. In this case the tender can be stored on the swim platform.
The lower deck provides comfortable accommodation for eight guests in four cabins with ensuite bathrooms, including a full-beam master-cabin, a forward VIP-cabin and two twin guest cabins on the port and starboard sides. The crew quarters for two are located aft.
With twin engines of 1,650 or 1,920 hp each Galeon 800 Fly can reach a top speed of 32 knots. The fuel capacity is 5,470 l.
