The SW100X is the result of decades of experience in building performance yachts in the 90-110 foot range. The yacht represents the pinnacle of design and engineering, created by Southern Wind Shipyard in collaboration with the teams at Farr Yacht Design and Nauta Design. 

The carbon composite hull makes the boat both lightweight and exceptionally strong. The hull’s design emphasises efficiency by minimising wetted surface. This efficient design reduces the need for a large sail plan, lighter rig, and less ballast, ultimately resulting in lower displacement and improved performance.

The yacht is optimised for impressive speeds, particularly in light winds. The option of a telescopic keel, adjustable between 3.65 and 5.6 metres, provides stability in deep water and accessibility in shallow areas.

The onboard engine complies with IMO Tier III regulations. Hybrid propulsion is also available as an option. 

The sail plan allows the yacht to take full advantage of the wind. The twin helms, positioned for maximum visibility, make the yacht fun to sail and easy to handle, even with a small crew. Transverse jib tracks with up to four mast winches and the optional recessed mainsheet traveller make for the best sailing experience.

The SW100X redefines the sailing yacht experience with her innovative deck layout. The Seaside Lounge, a groundbreaking feature, transforms the aft cockpit into a 20.2 sq.m beach club, seamlessly connected to the enlarged swim platform and the sea below. This space can be configured to accommodate various seating arrangements, sunbeds and coffee tables, creating a multi-purpose lounge area.

Inside, the SW100X features a full beam saloon which is the brightest area of the interior, with natural light flooding in through 270 degree panoramic windows and large hull windows. Four en-suite cabins ensure the highest level of comfort and privacy. 

The garage is capable of housing a William 435 Sport Jet tender or other large equipment like bikes, motorbikes, or even a small car. When the garage is used for other purposes, the tender can be placed on the foredeck.
