The look from above reveals the distinct features of the the five-deck Supreme’s architecture

Following the 27-metre explorer project called the Minion, which was unveiled in spring and surprised the industry with the 8-metre beam and abundance of non-standard glazing, the British designers of Concepthull Yacht Design have come up with something out of the ordinary again

The traditional yacht geometry has been reimagined dramatically. The classical sharp bow turns out to be semi-circular from the top. The superstructure’s layers that start in a rather conventional way, transform into sleek bionic lines highlighted by expansive glazing. The decks are slanted intermittently and resemble natural terraces in the mountains. The main staircase aft is rounded like a nautilus shell. Finally, all the three pools on board are oval-shaped, like dewdrops on the petals of a giant inflorescence.

All these architectural elements are highly functional. Thus, the wide rounded area at the bow is a touch-and-go helipad capable of accommodating rather large helicopters. The vast expanses of glazing do not just serve as an impressive background for the bionic elements of the construction, but also protect the side passages from the sun and rain. The terraces’ overhangs, on the contrary, allow for sunbathing areas on each deck.

Not much is known about the vessel’s layouts now. The master suite is located on the third deck in order to ensure privacy and panoramic views. The helm station has been moved to the very top: the wheelhouse will be on the sundeck, under a glossy black top with radar masts that look like fins.

The details about the number of guest cabins, crew and technical characteristics has not been revealed yet.

According to the Supreme’s designers from Concepthull Studio, her main feature is sculptural expression and a distinctive interpretation of modern superyacht architecture.
