Greek Technohull, known for its high-performance luxury boats, has brought two of its brightest models to the show that started on 14 February: the Omega 47 and the Explorer 40S
Omega 47
This breathtaking boat is a combination of superyacht finish and sporty performance. The luxurious cabin in the bow section looks particularly ample for this boat category and boasts abundance of natural light and expert LED lighting.
The Omega 47 is powered by twin Mercury V12 600hp engines, enabling it to achieve impressive speeds of up to 80 knots. However, as they say, ‘power is nothing without control’. Thanks to Technohull's patented Dynastream hull design, the Omega 47 boasts remarkable handling characteristics and impeccable safety standards.
Two distinct steps in the hull for channelling in air provide lift, natural cushioning and unprecedented stability at any speed. Besides, this kind of hyper-ventilated hull shape reduces fuel consumption at higher speeds.
Explorer 40S
The model that has been brought to Miami is the sport-oriented version of the acclaimed day boat, combining comfort and enhanced dynamic characteristics. It is equipped with two Mercury 500R outboard engines, providing a total power of 1000 hp (a top speed of 70 knots).
While maintaining the core design character of the Explorer 40, this version showcases a more dynamic look thanks to the sport console. The key difference wth the classical version is a wider, better equipped dashboard.
The helm station, designed to offer sheer driving pleasure, is protected with a hardtop with a full windshield for absolute protection, and shock-absorbing sport seats. At the same time the boat offers a high level of comfort for passengers, too: there is a spacious cockpit, a head and a sunbathing area.
