Among the most attractive features of the Т52 model first launched in 2023, Baglietto mentions her three-level beach club and a 24-metre long sundeck, which is absolutely unique for a yacht of this size
The T52 platform developed by Francesco Paszkowski Design can be described as somewhat conservative yet timeless architectural style: a low, elongated profile, sleek lines, balanced volumes. However, according to the yard, although this particular hull retains the original layout, the priorities are volume, functionality and comfort on board, as well as “solutions conceived for practical and extended use”.
One of the T52’s signature elements is definitely the aft section. It is arranged as a multilevel beach club and is the centre of attraction for the guests. The pool on the main deck has a moving floor and can be concealed when it is not in use.
A few steps lower there are sunpads, and the third level is a fold-down transom that turns into a swim platform right above the water. Providing direct access to the sea, enough space for fun, tenders and water toys, the Marsa Luna exterior aft section is a good fit both for relaxation and active leisure.
The T52’s large sundeck can be home to several areas for lounging, dining and relaxation, allowing one to move freely and enjoy great visibility. Thus, instead of serving just as a sunbathing area, it can be used all day long both at anchor and under way
The upper deck with its vast windows is a space for socializing under absolutely different weather conditions, as the air-conditioned enclosed saloon can be opened on three sides.
The shipyard has not revealed any information about guest accommodation on board the Marsa Luna yet, but the vessels in this series are normally meant to accommodate up to 12 guests and a crew of 9-10. The details of the new unit’s interior design are currently kept under wraps, too, except for the fact that it was created in collaboration with the owner’s team.
The Marsa Luna is the second T52 yacht to feature an upgraded hybrid propulsion system that has several operation modes depending on the type of operation and efficiency expectations.
With twin Caterpillar C32 engines the yacht can reach a top speed of 16 knots, and at a cruising speed of 11 knots the range is 4,500 nautical miles. In the electrical diesel mode, the Marsa Luna can be at anchor for up to 12 hours powered by batteries only. This options is getting more and more popular with the owners who value silent operation and reducing the use of generators.
