The exterior of the new yacht, as well as her predecessors, Acciaio 105 Gatto and Acciaio 123 Astrum, was designed by Italian Hydro Tec, while the interior is owed to Giorgio M. Cassetta
One should note that Cantiere delle Marche currently offers three explorer series: Darwin Class, Nauta Air and Acciaio. The first one is meant for long-range voyages, the second can boast spacious decks, and the third one, Acciaio, is meat for the most severe operation conditions. These powerful, robust and reliable yachts can handle the most difficult routes, while offering the comfort that doesn’t differ much from “ordinary” yachts.
As the Acciaio 130 is the largest model in the family, she can offer her guests most comfort, too. With a length of 39.4 m, a beam 8 m and a draft 2.5 m, the vessel’s internal volume 399 GT.
The yacht can accommodate 12 guests and a crew of seven. After the technical launch, the Presence has entered the stage of final outfitting, so the details of her layouts and interior design are currently kept under wraps. However, Giorgio M. Cassetta has already mentioned that he living spaces will be “playful”, but not pretentious or formal.
The vessel's key technical characteristics are already known, and the Acciaio 130’s exterior is quite informative, too. Thanks to Sergio Cutolo of Hydro Tec, she offers the functionality of a true explorer combined with an elegant appearance typical of modern superyachts. The blue colour makes the Presence really noticeable on the water.
The displacement hull is of steel, and the superstructure is of aluminium. The Acciaio 130’s provisional top speed is 13.5 knots, and her cruising speed is 11-12 knots. The fuel tank of 57 000 L allows for a range of 5000 nautical miles at a speed of 10 knots. Electric Zero Speed system stabilizes the roll motion and makes staying on board more comfortable.
The Presence is scheduled for delivery in 2026.
