It took the yard three years to design and build this aluminium vessel, but this flagship model offers the livable spaces that are incredibly spacious for her class
The naval architecture and exterior of the aluminium catamaran were developed by Turkish Nar Design studio. The vessel looks futuristic thanks to the high hulls with large windows, almost vertical bows and a low superstructure with a hardtop. Rugged, sharp lines coexist with sleek, streamlined shapes, but on the whole the Procat 85’s exterior can be characterized as ultra modern and extravagant.

One of the catamaran’s key highlights is the impressive internal volume of 325 GT, which is unique for a vessel of this size. The beam of 11.5 m allows for six cabins for 12 guests, as well as for a crew of seven. There is no information about the internal spaces for now, except that the interior was developed inhouse.
The exterior areas, which include a lounge on the foredeck and on the upper deck aft, a huge flybridge and a cockpit with access to the swim platform take up the area of over 300 sq.m.

The solar panels on the hardtop and extensive use of eco-friendly technologies reflect the shipyard’s commitment to sustainable development.
The all-aluminium vessel is capable of comfortable passages at a cruising speed of 12 knots, and can reach a top speed of 14 knots if necessary. According to the information from the yard, the vessel’s draft is no more than 1.8 m.

“Today marks a proud moment for the entire Procat Yachts team. The launch of the Procat 85, our first design and build, is the culmination of three years of passion and dedication,” commented Procat Yachts CEO Hakan Goyenc.
After the sea trials the first catamaran in the new range of sustainable seaworthy vessels will be delivered to the owner, who is planning to spend the season in the Mediterranean.
