Tankoa Yachts started building project T580 in 2021 for an experienced owner, who wanted a yacht suitable for long voyages and offering “unrivalled” luxury
The 58-metre Diamond Binta with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure features sporty lines designed by Francesco Paszkowski, who has been collaborating with the shipyard for years. The interior design comes from Margherita Casprini.
According to Eva Orsi, President of Tankoa Yachts, "this project represents an evolution from the owner’s previous 50-meter yacht M/Y Binta D'Or. Its timeless design combined with cutting-edge solutions is the result of teamwork between client, designers, and shipyard, blending elegance and functionality. This construction confirms Tankoa's reputation as a boutique shipyard.”
The key features of the Tankoa T580 Diamond Binta include a helipad on the foredeck, a spacious aft beach club with fold-down bulwarks and a spa with a massage room. The flybridge houses a gym and a swimming pool, while the generous garage can accommodate two tenders, including a nine-meter limo tender. In addition to a luxurious master suite, the yacht offers five guest cabins and can boast a unique panoramic corridor on the lower deck, which connects the cabins directly to the beach area, passing through a viewable engine room.
The Diamond Binta is scheduled for delivery at the end of July 2024, after which she will go on her maiden voyage in the Mediterranean, and in September she will make her world debut at one of the world’s most prestigious superyacht shows, Monaco Yacht Show 2024.
