This year the Cannes Festival will see no less than five catamarans from Sunreef Yachts, and each of them has a number of unique features.

The model’s key highlights are high technologies, energy efficiency, performance and eco-friendliness. Solar energy is accumulated by the panels integrated in the catamaran’s hull and the superstructure. The 60 Sunreef Power Eco is powered by twin electric motors of 120 kW each. The shipyard refers to the model as “the future of sustainable yachting”.

In the sailing area of the Festival in Port Canto the yard is planning to present two sailing eco-catamarans, the Sunreef 60 Eco and the Sunreef 80 Eco. Equipped with innovative solar energy systems, they are also capable of producing “green” electricity under way thanks to hydro generation system. The solar panels are integrated into the composite hulls, superstructures, bimini tents and masts, so the guests can enjoy complete silence both at anchor and under way.
