The 47.5 m Serenissima I is the pioneer of the new NL Yachts brand
The series was designed by Venice-based Nuvolari Lenard studio, specializing in custom projects and known for some of the world’s best-known superyachts, with some experience in creating production models, too. For example, it designed the entire model range for Monte Carlo Yachts. This time, however, Nuvolari Lenard has entered a much larger yacht segment and under its own name of NL.
The Serenissima I premiered at the Monaco Yacht Show at the end of September 2024, and now not only the visitors to the show, but all those interested have an opportunity to see what is inside her.
The warm, colourful interior features textured wood panels and bronze details, created by Nuvolari Lenard team in collaboration with Valentina Zannier. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure there is plenty of natural light inside.
Among the standout features, the Serenissima 1 boasts an elevator, a private owner’s deck with a fold-out balcony and a wine cellarroom, as well as a really spacious sundeck with a pool. There are four guest cabins, two of which can be transformed into a VIP suite with the help of a movable partition.
There is an ample beach club and an opportunity to store plenty of water toys on board: three tenders, jet skis, diving gear and even a car.
Tge Serenissima 1 has an aluminium superstructure and a steel hull. Her naval architecture is owed to Dutch Van Oossanen Naval Architects studio, which ensured the yacht has efficient fuel consumption and a range of up to 4000 nautical miles at 12 knots. The S1 series was created for those who want a superyacht with a high level of customization, but faster delivery. Apart from the 47.5-metre Serenissima I, there are also 52, 60 and 65-metre models.
