The family company, Giangrasso Group, founded by Bartolomeo Giangrasso in 2008, had previously collaborated with such major players in the industry as Azimut-Benetti and Sanlorenzo, and early in 2024 decided to launch a yacht brand of its own
At present, there are two lines of aluminium motor yachts: the Sport line includes four models ranging from 18 to 27 metres, and the Classic line comprises six different models from 24 to 65 metres in length. Positioning itself as a boutique yard, Giangrasso Group intends to fill in the gap between mass production and custom build with “pocket superyachts” and build just a few hulls a year, focusing on detail and highest quality.
The first and most compact yacht in the Classic line, was designed by Italian Arrabito Naval Architects. The hull with a length of 23.84 m (length waterline of 23.20 m), a beam of 6.23 m and a draft of 2.30 m is of aluminium, and so is the superyacht with a surprisingly large flybridge.
The yacht was conceived as a family cruiser for long-range journeys. Despite rather modest dimensions, her internal volume is 114 GT. She boasts a large saloon with a galley on the main deck, four guest cabins including the full-beam owner’s suite, two crew cabins below deck and a dining area in the cockpit. There is a tender garage forward, while the swim platform is wide enough to store a jet ski.
The interior design is owed to renowned Rome-based Michela Reverberi, whose signature features are refined luxury and timeless elegance. The Veronika boasts maritime-inspired aesthetics, with subtle accents in shades of red.
The G24 Classic is powered by MAN V12 engines of 1,650 hp each, delivering a top speed of 27 knots. At a cruising speed of 23 knots, her fuel capacity of 8,500 L allows for a nonstop range of approximately 300 nautical miles.
Swiss brokerage house, Ocean Independence, will present the Veronika at the Palma Superyacht Village on Spanish Mallorca from April 29 to May 2.
The shipyard believes that the new boat will showcase all the benefits of the Giangrasso Group, combining most advanced technology and traditional Italian craftsmanship.
