One of the key ideas behind the new model’s design was the desire to create a vessel allowing her owners to live in harmony with nature and be able to navigate and anchor anywhere
As the yacht’s length is 23.98 m, she is compliant with all the latest European regulations on protecting meadows of Posidonia Oceanica that apply to the vessels over 24 m long. This kind of seaweed plays a vital role in the Mediterranean ecosystem and is often dubbed the sea’s “underwater lungs”.

Some limitations in length, which at the same time allow the A80 to explore the protected areas and anchor in the places inaccessible to larger vessels, are compensated by a beam of 6.95 m. The internal volume of 131 GT allowed the vessel to offer a master suite on the main deck and four more cabins below deck, as well as quarters for a crew of four, a well-appointed galley and generous exterior and interior lounges.
One of the factors that allowed the yard to increase the area of guest spaces is the fact that the A80 is the first model by Arcadia Yachts to feature a Raised Pilot House.

According to the shipyard, the new model can boast the largest «upper deck» of 80 sq.m in her class. The exterior aft section can be equipped with outdoor furniture, while in the shade of a hard top there is a versatile space that can function as a lounge, a dining area or an al fresco TV area. There is an external helm station here, and another transformable lounge with a table and a sofa that can be sheltered with a Bimini tent.
The focus is obviously on the exterior spaces. In addition to those mentioned above, there is a large seating area on the main deck aft, separated from the beach club with a hydraulic swim platform with just a few steps, so the area can be used as single.

Even the saloon with a lounge and a dining area can be opened up if necessary thanks to large sliding doors aft and on the port side.
The interiors feature muted, natural colours, creating a calm atmosphere on board and allowing one to feel connected with the sea around. In the evening, dimmable LED lighting allows one to save energy and to create a necessary mood with the help of different modes.

The solar panels used for the new A80 are 98% more efficient than those installed on earlier models, which reduces fuel consumption considerably. According to Arcadia Yachts, at a speed of 12 knots the vessel’s fuel consumption is 12% lower than the market average, and at 15 knots it is 27% lower. With the help of twin Volvo IPS the yacht can reach a top speed of 19-21 knots depending on the propulsion system.

The multifunctional garage for a tender and sport gear, CNC Marine electric stabilisers – all of these will also be available on board the new A80, “designed for curious, cosmopolitan owners who want to cruise immersed in nature, anywhere and at any time of year”.
