The B.Yond 57M is the latest addition to Benetti’s family of yachts

At present this is the largest hybrid unit of the Benetti B.Yond family. Her exterior lines were designed by Igor Lobanov, and the interiors were styled by New York-based Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture. The concept of the 57-metre yacht combines sustainability, a large range, a brutal explorer-style design and a hybrid propulsion system.

The B.Yond 57M model offers three different stern configurations: Beach, Air and Water. Each of them has features corresponding to the yachting experienced preferred by the owner. The owner of the first unit chose the Beach version, optimized for easy access to the water. The yacht features an expansive 161.8 sq.m beach area and a pool of 15 sq.m. She provides a full range of outdoor service amenities and an opportunity to configure the beach area thanks to a sliding sofa system, which allows to cover the pool area and turn it into a lounge. There is a convertible garage deck of 100 sq.m, which can serve as an extra enjoyable recreation area with immediate access to the water, when the tenders and toys are in the water.

A new approach has been applied to the interiors layout, too. The cabins are located not on the lower, but on the main deck, while the main saloon, which is 22 m long, has been moved to the upper deck, and features floor-to-ceiling windows and amazing panoramic views.

As for the sustainability, the B.Yond 57M boasts a hybrid-electric system, which allows her to cruise or stay at anchor with zero emission. The yacht also features direct expansion HVAC system, which ensures a reduction in consumption of water to 80% compared to conventional water systems. In addition, it also improves onboard comfort by providing optimal, customized temperature and humidity settings. Instead of teak, the decks are covered with EcoDeck, which is a sustainable and 100% recyclable material, while FSC woods, sustainable fabrics, leathers and stones, as well as water-based paints are used for the interior fittings and finishes.
