The pioneer in the range is the 65-metre B.Loft 65M model unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024
One might call the model’s profile plain and unexciting, but for the idea to replicate the loft-style residential spaces that is currently in demand and often tends to hide behind rather boring industrial facades.
As opposed to some plant or warehouse space that most often feature loft style, the B.Loft 65M’s exterior is far more attractive. Both the hull and the superstructure’s simple, minimalist lines feature smooth, elegant “endings”.
Just like in case with lofts, the main focus is on glazing and abundance of light inside the spaces. Expansive strips of glass envelope the entire superstructure and are echoed by the hull’s glazing at the level of the main deck. Only the lower deck features just rectangular and round portholes that match the color of the hull.
The shipyard offers “airy layouts” and ceilings up to four meters high, inspired by metropolitan loft-style residential areas.
Both the exterior and the interior of the B.Loft 65M are owed to Cassetta Yacht Designers led by Georgio Cassetta, who offered a cabana-style beach club with a glass-bottom pool on top of it, a cosy lounge below.
The exterior aft section of the main deck of 120 sq.m is versatile and can be tailored to individual needs.
The upper saloon features a lobby style. The ceilings here are four metres high, too, the area of glazing is immense, and there is a skylight in the ceiling, which lets in the light from the second pool located one level higher.
Among other standout features, one should mention a winter garden, an opportunity to have a helipad on the foredeck and lots of other non-standard layout solutions.
The yacht offers six cabins for 12 guests, and there are crew quarters for a crew of 13.
The length of the superyacht is 65 m, the beam is 10.6 m, the hull is of steel, and the superstructure is of aluminium. Based on provisional data, the B.Loft 65M will be able to cover up to 5000 nautical miles without refueling at a speed of 10 knots.
According to Benetti, the B.Loft 65M will soon have two sisters: a smaller and a larger one.
