Among the key advantages of the Pearl 73 project, British Pearl Yachts mentions her high performance, “class-leading layout”, new monochrome interior by Kelly Hoppen Interiors and a five-year warranty

Continuing its collaboration with naval architect Bill Dixon and Dixon Yacht Design studio, Pearl Yachts has developed and enhanced the key benefits of its award-winning previous project, Pearl 72.

Thanks to the sleeker and sharper profile, the Pearl 73’s exterior looks “elegant yet purposeful”. Moreover, larger expanses of glazing, refined detailing and Riviera-style aft deck “give the yacht an unmistakably modern and international appeal”.

The new aft deck design complete with its fold-down balconies, forms a wide and versatile al fresco lounge area with a smooth transition from the galley through the cockpit to the swim platform. Yes, in the new main deck arrangement with the galley positioned aft, it’s become a natural hub between the cockpit and the interior saloon, which “enhances service flow and strengthens the social atmosphere onboard”.

One can also relax in the bow lounge, shaded with an optional Bimini tent, as well as in on the flybridge, protected by the hard top with its adjustable tilt-and-slide sunroof. Above, there is a second helm station, a bar, a dining and a sunbathing area.

With a length of 20.73 m, a beam of 5.75 m and a draft of 1.70 m, there is space enough for a garage that can accommodate a tender like William 345 and a jet ski.

Just like the Pearl 72, the new model offers a layout unmatched in the category: there are two master cabins — one forward with private access and one full-beam amidships — plus two additional en-suite guest cabins and accommodation for 2 crew.

The introduction of the new Monochrome interior décor scheme marks a new chapter in the collaboration between Pearl Yachts and Kelly Hoppen Interiors. A sophisticated palette of greys, off-whites and charcoals, balanced by rich textures, architectural details and reflective surfaces, creates the atmosphere that is “both calm and dramatic, echoing urban luxury while maintaining a serene nautical sensibility”.

As for the propulsion, whether the owner goes for a standard MAN V12 of 1,400 hp, or an optional MAN V12 of 1,550 hp, the enhanced architecture of the Pearl 73’s hull ensures smooth and efficient cruising and easy handling. The latter engine option delivers a top speed of up to 32 knots, a cruising speed of 25 knots and a range of up to 250 nautical miles.

“The Pearl 73 is a yacht that truly encapsulates the Pearl ethos: it is an evolution, not a revolution. We have taken a winning formula in the Pearl 72 and elevated it, guided by the invaluable feedback from our owners and our deep understanding of the market. We are confident that the Pearl 73 will be another jewel in our crown,” said Iain Smallridge, Managing Director of Pearl Yachts.
