Antonini Navi yard is proving that a custom explorer doesn’t have to be huge
Construction on the 32-metre Hanaa explorer is in progress at the yard’s facility in La Spezia (Italy). The yacht’s keel was laid early in 2024, and the delivery to the owner is scheduled for 2025. The assembly of the bow is taking place now.
According to the shipyard, Hanaa was commissioned by a “seasoned owner”. Her exterior and naval architecture are owed to well-known Hydro Tec, and the interiors come from equally Hot Lab. Hanaa will feature a contemporary look both on the outside and the inside, where the focus will be on creating light and ample living spaces.
Hanaa also stands out as the first yacht to be delivered by Antonini Navi. The brand was founded in 2020, and it started building rather large vessels at once. At present there are three hulls under construction at La Spezia facilities, all of them featuring a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure. Apart from Hanaa, there is the 34-metre Seamore-34, which has already been sold, and the 44-metre SUY-135 that the shipyard has started building on spec.
At the Cannes Yachting Festival on 10-15 September 2024 Antonini Navi will present the scale models of all the yachts that are currently under construction.
