Italian Cantiere delle Marche shipyard has announced they have sold the first 35-m Deep Blue 115 unit. If it all goes according to plan, the superyacht will be delivered to an owner from America in 2026
The naval architecture and engineering were developed by Axis Group Yacht Design. The exterior is the work of Horacio Bozzo Design studio, while the interior was created by Italian designer Georgio M. Cassetta.
“We conceived the Deep Blue 115 as a truly pocket gentleman’s superyacht with a strong explorer DNA and designed her lines to stand the test of time with elegance,” said Horacio Bozzo.
A successor to the 43m Acala superyacht, which collected lots of positive reviews and prestigious awards, Deep Blue 115 features a robust steel hull and a gross tonnage of 299 GT. Being 35 m long and 7.5 m wide, the superyacht is powered by efficient twin Caterpillar C18 of 725 hp each.
Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in 5 staterooms. The owner’s suite is located on the main deck forward, while there are four more guest cabins below deck.
The shipyard markets the Deep Blue 115 as having a traditional layout with an upper and lower saloons, a large galley on the main deck and several alfresco recreation areas at different levels.
Among the highlights of the yacht, one should name a big swimming pool aft with a tank for storing water while underway, a tender garage on the port side, large sliding doors on both sides of the saloon, a foldout terrace starboard next to the dining area and advanced AV/ IT equipment from Italian Videoworks company.
