The new model will supplement the yard’s Majesty superyacht range and fill in the gap between the previously launched Majesty 140 and Majesty 160

The signing took place during the press conference on the opening day of the Dubai International Boat Show 2025.

According to the shipyard’s representatives, the Majesty 145 created in collaboration with Cristiano Gatto Design, represents “a bold new era in superyacht design”.

The details of the project are currently kept under wraps, but based on the renderings the superyacht’s exterior will be more streamlined and modern. The sharpness that is characteristic of the yard will give way to more elegant lines, while aft overhangs will feature dynamic outlines.

The number of exterior spaces on board the yacht allows one to assume that al fresco recreation is a priority for the owner. The huge sundeck is home to a bar, a dining area, a lounge, and a pool with a transparent aft side, surrounded by sun loungers

The upper deck houses a large dining area with a round table aft and a lounge with sofas and sunpads on the foredeck. The tender and water toys will be stored here, too, and there is a crane for launching them.

Two wide side staircases unite the main deck cockpit with a swim platform. Another link is the large pool with a glass side, surrounded with sun loungers, sofas and a bar for relaxation. At anchor the area of this space can increase with the help of fold-down bulwarks.

As for the interior and guest accommodation, not much information is currently available. There is a plan to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere on board with the help of large windows, use of wood, stylish furniture and a contrast of light and dark surfaces.

The technical characteristics of the project are kept under wraps, too, but just like her sisterships, the Majesty 145 is most likely to feature a GRP hull and superstructure.

“This sale is a testament to the confidence our clients have in Gulf Craft’s ability to push the boundaries of yacht design and engineering. The Majesty 145 embodies our commitment to innovation, blending timeless luxury with modern advancements. We are excited to see this vision come to life and continue setting new benchmarks in the yachting industry”, said Mohammed Hussein Alshaali, Gulf Craft's Chairman.
