The first hull sections of the steel 42-metre superyacht have already been welded and are ready for assembly, while joining the hull and the superstructure is expected to take place in a few months
Work on the construction of the first Sirena 42M hull started about six months ago, and it is not jan attempt of the Turkish shipyard just to enter the superyacht segment, but to gain a foothold in it. The yacht is built on spec, and at present she is for sale asking €23.95 mln.
The superyacht can accommodate up to 10 people in four cabins on the lower deck, and a master suite on the main one. According to the yard, the master suite is luxurious: it is located at the bow and has access to an unusual split-level patio terrace forward, with a jacuzzi and a private lounge area with lots of plants.
The saloon’s layout is flexible. In addition to traditional living and dining areas, there can be a games room or a studio.
There is a generous beach club around the pool on the main deck aft, which can even get larger with the help of drop-down bulwarks.
The exterior design and layouts come from Luca Vallebona. Hot Lab studio was in charge of the interior design), and naval architecture is owed to Van Oossanen Naval Architects.
The superstructure of the yacht will be built of lightweight aluminium, and its construction and outfitting are already in progress. According to the schedule, the hull and the superstructure will be joined this September, and all the final hot metal work is to be completed early next year.
“I am delighted to report that we are exactly where we wanted to be at this stage of the build - precisely on schedule and working to a very high standard of finish,” said Cagin Genc, CEO of Sirena Yachts.
The delivery of the first hull of the Sirena 42M superyacht is expected in 2026.
