An unprecedented project of a vast floating residence travelling all over the world will be unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show taking place on 25-28 September 2024

Ulyssia Residences in collaboration with the German shipyard, Meyer Werft, are designing a 320-metre megayacht  meant to become the world’s most exclusive residential yacht community with 132 residences and 22 guest suites.

At the superyacht show in Monaco, next to the Meyer Werft stand (JL05, Jetée Lucciana ) the visitors will have an opportunity to explore the scale model of the project. Members of the Ulyssia Residences and Meyer Werft teams will be present throughout the four days of the Show to meet prospective residents and answer all their questions about this groundbreaking project.

The idea of the project originally comes from Frank Binder, founder and chairman of Ulyssia Residences. The project was designed by renowned naval architect Espen Øino, the interiors are owed to FM Architettura, and the construction will be carried out by Meyer Werft.

“The vision for ULYSSIA is a unique lifestyle on a residential yacht that travels the world”, said Frank Binder. “This is floating real estate. But it's much more than that - it's about the lifestyle that we're offering, the possibility to discover the world without leaving home, within a community of people that you will find nowhere else. We'll enable owners to give back as we travel, wherever we see there's need, and we’ll use the yacht as a platform to do ocean conservation work”.
