The changes are largely related to the enhancement of space functionality, higher level of comfort on board and wider customization opportunities
According to Sunreef, Next stands for the “next generation” of catamarans featuring a number of innovative features.
The aft section design has been reconsidered and now features fold-down terraces, which together with the hydraulic platform create a large beach area of 13.4 sq.m, which the shipyard refers to as “ocean lounge”.

Beneath the transom door there is a garage that can accommodate a jet ski and various water toys, and there is a vast sunpad over it, which can be transformed into a sofa.
The cockpit space has been extended to include several spacious areas: dining, lounge and two sunpad on the sides. The galley can now be accessed right from the cockpit, which makes serving the guests in the cockpit considerably easier.
The foredeck has been turned into a vast flush area, which is home to lounges with comfortable sofas and large sunpads. Classic trampoline layout is available as an option, too.

In a standard version, the flybridge is home to a bar, a dining area for eight people and a lounge, but the owners can tailor this space to their individual needs. For instance, there can be a gym here, a jacuzzi, or some free-standing furniture.

There are several layout options for the exterior saloon, too. Huge windows around the perimeter let in a lot of natural light, but the main interior change refers to the increase in the guest cabins’ area, which was made possible thanks to the new layouts and a number of enhancements.

This is particularly true for the owner’s suite, where there can now be a luxurious bathroom and a fold-down terrace, providing the owners their private access to the water.

According to the shipyard, all these innovations will ensure that the owners of Sunreef Next will now enjoy the level of comfort and entertainment comparable to those on board superyachts.
