On September 27-29 “Smolenka” yacht port will be home to J/70 Saint Petersburg Cup final
The races will be held in the Gulf of Finland. The regatta is organised by PROyachting company with the support of Saint Petersburg sailing union. There will be teams from different Russian cities at the start line, including the leaders of the first three stages: Black Swan, Sail & Sea and Amigos.
The points of the teams in the final are doubled, so it is important for the contenders for the main prize of the season not to miss this stage. There will also be new teams in this regatta, and they will be able to compete for a place in the top three of the competition. Applications are accepted till September 26.
J/70 Class boats have excellent racing characteristics. The yacht can boast high speeds, maneuverability, and at the same time is easy to handle. She shows good results in both light and strong winds, and her stability and reliability makes her a great choice for the challenging weather conditions of the Gulf of Finland.
