Yamaha unveils WaveRunner 2026 range and refreshes colour palette

To help the clients choose their perfect model, Yamaha segments the WaveRunner range into three categories: Recreation (JetBlaster) for active recreation and freestyle; Sport (GP) for those who love racing and Cruising (FX and VX) for more comfortable rides
The top series in the freestyle line, JetBlaster, will be available in LTD and PRO versions, and it is meant for the riders who seek expression and maneuverability. The hull of innovative NanoXcel2 makes it both robust and lightweight, while the ergonomic deck ensures practicality and ease of operation.

The tree-cylinder TR-1 high output engine of 1049 cc is meant for harder, faster rides. To ensure precise control, there is a RiDE system, a T.D.E. (Thrust Directional Enhancer) and electric Performance Auto Trim. As an option, the accessories also include Footwell Audio, an aft storage compartment and a cover.

There are no updates in the Sport segment, but there are two in the Cruising range.
In addition to the mid-size VX series, now there is a VX Limited HO, offering a balance of performance and versatility. It offers more power and better control: 1.9-liter engines, RiDE technology and Reverse Assist Mode, which ensure confidence in any waters. The model is equipped with 4.3-inch Connext touchscreen with bluetooth. The USB port in the glove compartment and underseat storage compartment add functionality and make the VX Limited HO adventure-ready.

Finally, the premium FX Limited SVHO combines efficiency and enhanced comfort. Yamaha Super Vortex High Output engine of 1812 cc with a 160 mm high pressure pump, providing explosive acceleration and stable speed. The GPS-enhanced drive control, dual auto trim modes and a 7-inch Connext touchscreen, bluetooth and audio system raise every ride to a higher technological level.

The model will also be available in a three-seat configuration, and there are multiple charging options and larger onboard storage.
In addition to the new models, Yamaha will please water sport enthusiasts with a refreshed colour palette across the entire lineup. JetBlaster PRO and DLX, as well as the VX DeLuxe, will now be available in red and black.

The GP series will feature red and black for the GP SVHO and black and purple palettes for GP HO, while the FX family will see teal, black and purple, red and blue-grey finishes.
