Sunseeker Predator 55
About Sunseeker Predator 55
The Predator 55 is the latest addition to the hardtop high-performance Predator yachts, manufactured by British Sunseeker
The length is 17.15 m, the beam is 4.95 m, the draft is 1.40 m. The exterior, interior and naval architecture come from the shipyard’s own professionals. The planing hull is made of fiberglass, and the superstructure is of fiberglass and carbon elements, which allowed Sunseeker not just to decrease the weight, but to make 2.5 by 3 m part of the roof glass and sliding.
The interior spaces are a saloon, a galley and a helm on the main deck. As an option, the galley can be located on the lower deck, too.
The Predator 55 can accommodate four to six guests in two to three cabins, including a full-beam master stateroom, a guest cabin at the bow and an optional third cabin starboard.
There are open recreation areas on the foredeck with a sofa and a sunpad, another one with a sunpad and a dining / lounge area in the aft cockpit. There is an aft garage for a 3.3 m tender and water toys.
The Predator 55 can be powered with a couple of diesel Volvo Penta IPS 950 of 1450 hp, capable of reaching 35 knots. The fuel capacity is 1800 litres.
