The superyacht with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure has been christened Como. She is the first vessel to be delivered under the Siman Yachts brand
The ceremony held at Siman Yachts facility in Pisa was attended by the yard’s and owner’s representatives. Previously the shipyard worked as a subcontractor and built vessels for other brands, so this is the first superyacht built under the Siman Yachts brand.
Work on her construction started in 2019. The yacht features clean lines, a high bow and expansive glazing. The exterior and layouts are owed to Harrison Eidsgaard studio.
The shipyard has not revealed any information about the interiors of the yacht yet. It is only known that the internal volume is 499 GT, and that there will be five cabins for 10 guests.
Based on the first images, one can assume that the yacht will feature spacious exterior areas both aft and forward, as well as on the sundeck. One can relax right by the water in the beach club that can be accessed from the main deck via two broad staircases.
The vessel will be powered by twin 1600 hp Caterpillar engines, delivering a cruising speed of 14 knots, and a top speed of 15.
In the nearest future the shipyard is planning to complete the final preparations for the Como’s delivery, which is scheduled for March 2025.
