The Bilgin 170 is largely based on the Bilgin 163, one of which is the 50-metre Eternal Spark launched in February 2024

Being two metres longer, the Bilgin 170 has a similar layout, but more space. For example, the bridge deck is a metre and a half longer, and the extended bathing platform provides more space for relaxation right by the water. Moreover, the Bilgin 170 sundeck is one of the most generous in this category and size range: it is equipped with a dining room, a bar and a jacuzzi for eight people. The Bilgin 170 can accommodate 12 guests and 9 crew members, while the owner stateroom is located on the bridge deck.

The exterior design and naval architecture for the Bilgin 170 were developed by Turkish Unique Yacht Design studio, which crafted almost all of Bilgin Yachts projects. The interior of the boat comes from another shipyard’s longtime partner, Italian Hot Lab.

"The primary goal during the design process was to optimise the 50-metre models, achieving a more sporty and masculine look, while blending the design to offer customers the ability to utilise both open and enclosed spaces under 500 gross tons. This focus on functionality and aesthetics has resulted in a yacht that truly stands out from the crowd," explained Emrecan Özgün from Unique Yacht Design.

The Bilgin 170 is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and at 10 knots her range is over 5000 miles. At present Bilgin Yachts are bulding 11 more yachts, three of which are Bilgin 170s and three are Bilgin 173s.
