Turkish VisionF Yachts shipyard has laynahce the first E-Cat 80 unit in Tuzla

The catamaran with a length of 23.9 m and a beam of 10.9 m is equipped with 54 solar panels that charge her batteries non-stop, generating up to 21.6 kW/h. Two generators of 150 kW each ensure there is backup energy for emergency situations and enhance the cat’s efficiency at high speeds. Two Danfoss electric motors with a peak power of 340kW combined with a lightweight carbon fibre construction can deliver a speed of up to 16 knots.

The semi-custom E-Cat 80 model offers several layouts suitable for private use, when the priority is the owner’s comfort, and for charger, when the passenger capacity matters most. The catamaran is capable of accommodating up to 12 guests and a crew of four. 

The vessel also features a large garage, which can be customized for storing water toys and other equipment like tenders, jet skis, diving gear, etc.
