Both yachts have been built at the new Damen Yachting facility in Antalya, Turkey, launched in March 2025 and are scheduled to make their world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September
After You is the first hull in Xplorer 60 series that Damen Yachting announced in September 2021 as the SeaХplorer 60. Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture designers and the yard’s inhouse engineering department managed to make the yacht really versatile: her technical characteristics allow for travelling to the most remote destinations, including both glamorous cruises to the Mediterranean and extreme expeditions to high-latitude areas.
The steel hull with an aluminium superstructure is compliant with IMO Polar Code requirements and features a helipad. The internal volume of 1160 GT allows for ample storage space for all kinds of equipment, tenders and a mini submarine.
The hybrid propulsion delivers a top speed of 14.5 knots, while at 11.5 knots the range is almost 5000 nautical miles.
The interior for After You created by British H2 Yacht Design studio offers comfortable conditions for up to 12 guests and a crew of 17.
The support vessel, Emotional, is the third in Yacht Support 53 series by Damen Yachting’s arm, Amels, and was designed entirely inhouse. With a length of 58.25 m and a beam of 9.20 m, the steel hull has a draft of 3.05 m and internal volume of 499 GT. The free deck and powerful crane allow the vessel to carry a lot of equipment, toys, additional crew of 11 and eight guests, who can be accommodated in comfortable suites.
The Emotional is powered by twin MTU engines and is capable of reaching a top speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 12.
According to the shipyard, the YS53 platform was designed with a focus on efficiency, durability and operational flexibility. Such a powerful support vessel in tandem with the expedition yacht provide unique travelling opportunities and meet the owner’s vision of a dual-vessel program.
