The Antares 9 has been redesigned completely for the 2025 lineup
The world premiere of the new version of the boat is scheduled for boot Düsseldorf 2025 boat show, running on 18-26 January.
The boats of Beneteau Antares series are versatile family cruisers for fun, fishing, water sports and small trips. With a relatively compact size, they can offer quite a high level of comfort with cabins, a saloon, a head and a mini galley on board.
The new Antares 9 has become a little shorter (8.23 m vs 9.12), but easier to handle and features a new design inspired by the larger Antares 11 and 12 models.
The boat’s silhouette has become more elegant thanks to one long stripe of windows similar to “older” models (there used to be two windows of a much smaller size). The superstructure design has changed, too: the more extensive coachroof protects the exterior lounge area in the aft cockpit of 1.7 by 2.4 m.
The entire living space on board has been reconsidered from the viewpoint of ergonomics, and there is a wide choice of finishing materials to choose from, including those of premium level.
As for the layout, there are still two cabins and a spacious head below deck, and there is a dining area in the main deck saloon that can be transformed into an additional double berth.
The contemporary galley is equipped with an 80-litre refrigerator, a stove and an optional microwave oven.
Another important innovation is more powerful propulsion. The total power of the model's two outboard engines used to be 230-400 hp, and now it has been increased up to 500 hp. The range for this most “loaded” version is up to 130 nautical miles at a cruising speed.
