The new XF75 model built by New Zealand Voodoo Yachts has already undergone sea trials, where she demonstrated a top speed of 50.9 knots
This speed was first achieved during her passage from New Zealand to Queensland (Australia), where the yacht will debut at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on 22-25 May 20225. The XF75 covered the passage 1170 nautical miles in just 36 hours.

However, it’s not just high speed that makes the XF75 unique. Due to the fact that both New Zealand and Australia are the regions where boats have to cover long distances without refuelling, it’s the range that is valued a lot here.

One may call the XF75 not only sporty, but an expedition yacht, too: her standard fuel tank has a capacity of 5500 L, but she can also be equipped with an extra fuel tank (adding another 8500 L), which will increase her range considerably. The XF75’s cruising speed varies from 30 to 37 knots, and with an optional fuel tank the yacht has a range of 600-1000 nautical miles, depending on the engines. At a speed of 8 knots in the displacement mode, her range can reach a staggering 3000 nautical miles. As a combination of outstanding performance characteristics and long-range cruising capabilities, the XF75 has almost no rivals.

The area of the livable space on board is 275 sq.m. There is a saloon with a helm station, a galley, a dining area and a lounge. The accommodation includes four double cabins for the owner and the guests and a crew cabin for two.

Another interesting solution that is worth mentioning is the aft cockpit. In addition to the dining area, there is also a convertible pool, which can turn into a sunpad. Below it, there is a garage for a large tender, a jet ski and water toys.

Naturally, such accommodation capabilities are only possible for a multihull: the XF75’s width 7.6 m. Another benefit of this construction is a really shallow draft of just 0.9 m.
