Oyster Yachts and its long-time partner, British Humphreys Yacht Design studio, have developed a classic cruising sailing yacht, Oyster 805

One of the features that makes the new model different from the previous Oysters, is more expansive glazing, which allows for more natural light both in the saloon and in the cabins.

Moreover, according to the shipyard, the Oyster 805 offers the level of cusomisation comparable to that of far larger superyachts. For instance, one of the four cabins can be transformed into a gym, a library, a lounge or an office.

The galley and the bar configuration in the saloon is flexible, too, while the “sunken” foredeck tender well may turn into a chill-out zone. One should also mention a really huge fold-down swim platform.

As for the technical characteristics, the Oyster 805 offers two keel options: standard (with a draft of 3.4 m) and an optional shaul keel (with a draft of 2.7 m), which might be handy in shallow waters or for those who like anchoring close to the shore.
