Italian Ferretti Group presents two new models from Wally and Riva brands at boot Düsseldorf on 20-28 January 2024
Some information is already available about the first debut, as Riva El-Iseo already appeared at Monaco Yacht Show in September 2023 in her prototype form. But this time in Düsseldorf it is the world premiere of the official version of the first Riva model with a full electric motor.
The ‘parents’ define El-Iseo as belonging to E-Luxury segment and say that this 9-meter runabout will get a high-density lithium battery pack of 150 kWh split into two independent blocks. Other technical details are still under wraps, and the manufacturers just shared some general information about ‘unprecedented performance in terms of speed, acceleration and navigation’. So, one can only hope that in terms of technical parameters, finishes and outfitting the electric version will at least match her more conventional sister Iseo.
The second world premier is the wallypower50, which is expected to become a ‘link’ between wallytenders and the wallypowers, and establish ‘a new standard for being flexible, practical and dynamic’, as her creators from Wally brand put it.
Despite the aggressive exterior design and the top speed of over 36 knots, the wallypower50 is positioned as a versatile model that can be used both as a superyacht chase boat and as a weekender. Moreover, the level of comfort on board is quite high: the fold-out bulwarks increase the area of the aft platform considerably, and there is a nice, decent-sized double cabin and a galley below deck.
In addition to the models mentioned above boot Düsseldorf also features Ferretti Yachts 720, Dolceriva, Riva 66’ Ribelle and Pershing 7X.
