This cruiser-racer designed by Farr Yacht Design will be all-carbon
Not only the 32.77-metre hull, but the mast, the boom and the lifting keel (with a draft ranging from 4 to 6.2 m) will be of a high modulus carbon.
The deck crane designed by Nauta Design has been optimized in accordance with the owner’s request: the third SW108 will feature the versatile Seaside Lounge aft. Thanks to the innovative transom construction, the swim platform can be linked directly to the aft cockpit, allowing one to configure the entire area in multiple ways: as a lounging area with large sunbeds, L-shaped seating and transformable coffee tables, as an outdoor cinema, or as a temporary storage place for water toys and even a tender: with a beam of 7.51 m, the aft deck can easily accommodate a 5.2-metre Williams Sportjet (while there is also a custom-designed foredeck recess for its permanent storage). All the furniture can be swiftly removed for the time of the race, too.
Four guest cabins, including a master suite forward, will feature a contemporary style interior, while the yacht’s hybrid propulsion system will ensure green sailing experience.
The launch of the SW108 #3 is scheduled for the end of 2025.
