The EkoKat62 model comes in two versions: the 62W (Wide) with a beam of 10 m, and the 62S (Sport) with a beam of 8 m. Phil Dobson, founder of EkoKat Yachts International with a production facility in Guangzhou (China) refers to the model as “the world's first 60-foot superyacht”: despite rather a compact size, the vessel can boast quite a lot of usable area.

“With the EkoKat62W, you don't need to go longer that 19 metres. We'll give you the onboard space of a 30-to 40-metre," said Phil Dobson. “With dozens of superyacht-grade features, including the highly renowned Ultra anchor system, 22-knot cruising speeds and two crew cabins, the EkoKat62W uniquely appeals to almost everyone”.
The yard managed to achieve this thanks to a number of original design solutions. The EkoKat62’s key advantage is the huge flybridge of 80 sq.m. It is home to a galley, a bar, a lounge, three sunpads and jacuzzi (as an option).

There is also a helm station divided into three areas including a centre helm station with a steering wheel and four helm seats on the sides, equipped with four Xenta joystick armrests, making it easier to handle the boat in cramped spaces.
Almost the entire flybridge can be covered with a retractable hard top, fitted with solar batteries of 600 kW, which is enough for powering all the onboard systems continuously.

Another special feature of the project is the inflatable modular beach club. Several floating platforms of different configuration allow one to create a kind of aqua park with sunpads, an area shaded with a tent, a dive base and even a pool.
The dual-function saloon of 67 sq.m has an interesting design, too. Thanks to the electric partitions, it can turn into four guest cabins at night, equipped with smart TVs and convertible sofas. The full-beam master suite has a private access to the foredeck with sunpads and a tapas-style dining area.

Outdoor lounges and sunbathing areas are available on the main deck aft and forward. The model's official debut is scheduled for the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025.
