The 49.5-metre Feadship yacht currently known as Project 717 has been spotted during her technical launch and transportation to Feadship’s outfitting facility in Aalsmeer

After the outfitting is complete, she is scheduled for delivery to her owner in 2026. Not much is known about Project 717 now. The construction started in 2022, and despite the impressive size, today she is the smallest Feadship project currently in build. Both the hull and the superstructure are of aluminium, and her internal volume is 484 GT. The superyacht features modern exterior lines: a vertical bow, a low profile and a narrow strip of glazing across the superstructure.

The naval architecture is owed to Feadship’s division, De Voogt Naval Architects. And it looks like Feadship's got a lot in the pipeline now: in July 2024 they delivered the almost 92-metre Drizzle, and there are 13 more yachts currently in build, including the fuel-cell-powered 118-metre Project 821.
