Admiral shipyard, which is part of The Italian Sea Group (TIGS), has laid the keel for the 53-metre hybrid model

The custom superyacht will be the third in the Panorama line, but the first one powered by hybrid propulsion. The sale of the yacht to a customer from Mexico was announced in 2023. The launch is scheduled for December 2025, and the delivery to the owner is expected in the first half of 2026.

The all-aluminium yacht will be equipped with an innovative hybrid e-Motion propulsion system, where two diesel MAN engines are paired with electric alternators, providing energy for all on-board systems and charging the accumulators. While the powerful  lithium polymer batteries enable the yacht to run in hotel model for a few hours with zero emissions, vibration and noise.

“The keel laying ceremony is a special moment in the construction of a yacht that begins to take concrete shape,” commented Giovanni Costantino, Founder & CEO of The Italian Sea Group.

The idea behind the design of the Admiral Panorama 53M is the absence of visual barriers between interior spaces and open deck areas. The interior features natural materials like wood, various kinds of stone and rough metal.

The yacht can accommodate up to 12 guests: there is a master cabin with a private terrace on the main deck, and five guest cabins below deck. There is a capacious garage for a 7.5-metre tender, a rescue boat, a couple of jet skis and other water toys below the foredeck.

So far TIGS has only revealed a teaser for the Admiral Panorama 53M, so more renderings of the new yacht are expected shortly.
