Project Tanzanite is the largest yacht ever built in the Netherlands
She will beat the previous Amels record, the 89-metre Here Comes the Sun, by 31 metres.
The technical launch took place a year ago, in May 2023, at Damen facility in Romania, after which the yacht was delivered to Holland to complete her outfitting.
The exterior for the Tanzanite was created by Espen Øino, who has recently been working closely with Amels on a number of such projects as Amels 60 and Amels 80 platforms and the 78-metre custom project named Energy.
The interiors are owed to Zuretti Design studio and feature a warm palette of cream and brown colours, marble and wood.
According to the yard, Project Tanzanite will incorporate its latest achievements in design and technology, including Azipod electric propulsion, which allows for lowest levels of noise and vibration.
