The races organized by PROyachting company and supported by the Russian Yachting Federation will take place in the waters of Pirogov Reservoir in Moscow region
12 strongest crews of the country will take part in the competition, including the winner of the Russian Cup 2024 in the J/70 class, Karen Stepanyan’s Bars Sailing Team, and the bronze medalist of PROyachting Cup 2024, Alexander Mikhailik and his Alex Team.
This year the Russian Cup in the J/70 Class includes four stages. The first and the third stages will be held in Moscow region, while the second one will take place in Saint Petersburg. As a result of the first three stages, the best teams will compete in the final stage, which will take place at “Imeritinsky” yacht port on the Black Sea, where they will fight for the prize of 1 000 000 RUB and the perpetual trophy.
