Gianguido Girotti, who has been working as Deputy CEO of Group Beneteau and CEO of its Boat division, announced his decision to leave the French company in January 2026

It is Girotti’s wide experience in product development, brand positioning and global commercial expansion both with sailing and motor yachts that attracted the Italian company’s attention.

Reporting directly to Sanlorenzo’s Executive Chairman Massimo Perotti, he will oversee the operations and service activities of Nautor Swan and Bluegame brands.

Former Nautor Swan’s CEO, Giovanni Pomati, will continue supporting the yard as a senior brand consultant and focus on the ClubSwan ecosystem development.

Blugame’s former leader, Carla Demaria, will step down, but remain a member of the Board of Directors at Sanlorenzo.

“We are entering a new phase of growth for Nautor Swan and Bluegame, two brands with a strong identity and high potential. Gianguido brings with him complementary experience, vision, and leadership, essential elements to guide them in this new chapter, while preserving their distinctive authenticity and spirit,” said Executive Chairman Massimo Perotti.
