The Peregrine concept by Tony Castro combines the wind-powered sailing capabilities with the most advanced modern technologies
The project can be powered by the wind, solar panels and a hybrid propulsion system and thus allows for an almost unlimited cruising range. Although the Peregrine is not meant for navigation in high latitudes, she can offer numerous opportunities for exploring tropical waters, including the most remote ones.

Tony Castro has offered two yacht configurations: Explorer and Luxe. The Luxe is more focused on comfort, offering her owner more exterior lounges. The Explorer version features specialized scientific zones, helping to organize serious expeditions and exploration of the remote areas.

The spacious exterior deck can accommodate powerful cranes for launching specialized equipment, while the sunbathing areas can be transformed into storage spaces or live fish tanks. Regardless of the version, the Peregrine features classic ketch rigging with two carbons masts and in-boom furling.

Among other interesting layout features there is a lounge integrated into the open aft deck to starboard. This space features sofas, an electric fire-pit, an infinity pool and a swim platform. The guests can also access an open lounge located further aft and protected with a helipad.

In addition to the owner’s cabin, the master suite on the main deck includes an office, a dressing room and a library. The main saloon located on the same deck features floor-to-ceiling windows and a central lobby that connects all the levels. Below deck, there are four double guest cabins, crew quarters, as well as a cinema, which can be transformed into a conference room or an additional cabin in case the yacht is offered for charter.
