CONCEPTHULL Yacht Design has released the renderings of the Minion, a concept of a “go anywhere” explorer motor yacht
Explorers that are a lot larger than the 27-metre MInion can normally offer such capabilities. One of the interesting design features of the concept is a beam of 8 m, which is large for a yacht of this length.

A high vertical superstructure, a really robust hull and an axe bow will help the Minion withstand challenging weather conditions in the most remote corners of the globe. It is also quite unusual that the Minion's hull combines metal and glass surfaces, as the main deck’s glazing blends with that of the hull.

The master suite is at the bow and features tinted panoramic windows: they are transparent from the inside, but blend with the hull on the outside. For the same reason one can’t see the windows of the main deck, which features glazing all around the perimeter.

The decks offer quite a lot of space for al fresco relaxation: dining areas and lounges, sun loungers, a jacuzzi… According to CONCEPTHULL Yacht Design, the main concept of the design is “less is more”, which is about creating “a clever overall layout for a smaller size vessel with more of the features”.
