The Venice Boat Show, or Salone Nautico Venezia in Italian, was first held in 2019 and keeps growing year after year

Venice is a perfect “stage” for the event, as this amazing city’s life has always been connected with the sea. The Arsenale used to be the heart of the Venetian Republic, where both military and merchant ships were built to ensure the power of Venice. Today, the ancient docks and historic shipyards offer a great setting for the demonstration of latest achievements of yachting industry.

The mooring line of the Arsenale is over a kilometer long, and from 29 May to 2 June 2025 it is expected to showcase over 300 yachts. 15 of them will be world premieres from different segments: from compact electric boats to superyachts.

Among the most anticipated newcomers is the 28-metre Ferretti 940; the fully electric 10-metre Lumen e10 by Mulder; the hydrogen-powered debut model by Hydrocell; as well as the CyberCat, which is a futuristic electric catamaran by Belisama Yacht.

Among other outstanding boats expected to be showcased in Venice, there is a 30-metre AB 100, Pershing 9X (28 m) and a 50-metre Sanlorenzo Almax, which is the first 50Steel unit featuring methanol fuel cell technology.

Apart from yachts, the Venice Boat Show offers a diverse program aimed at a broad audience. During the event there will be water sports and leisure demonstrations. Moreover, one of the visitors’ favourites, the Wood Village, will return with a “workshop” demonstrating elegant wooden boats craftsmanship.

All through the week, the Venice Boat Show will also hose numerous presentations and expert panels on current yachting world topics.
