Girls with any skill level can take part in the races
The main rule of the competition is that only girls can be at the helm and no more than one man is permitted in the crew.
The races will be held for modern J/70 yachts. You can participate as a team or part of a mixed crew.
“Lady's Race is one of the brightest and most beautiful race formats on our calendar”, said Mikhail Kondratyev, PROyachting CEO and organiser of the event. “Every year, we can see growing interest in sailing among women, and that’s fantastic! Whether a participant is taking to the water for the first time or already has some experience, J/70 yacht racing delivers a powerful adrenaline rush, a sense of freedom and a great opportunity to spend time among like-minded people”.
