Best sailors from various Russian cities, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Gelendzhik, Vladivostok, Taganrog, Izhevsk, and Sochi, will get together in the waters of the Gulf of Finland

The event is held by PROyachting company and supported by the Russian Yachting Federation. It is an official competition, included in the Russian Ministry of Sport's calendar, so it allows its participants to get official sporting ranks and titles.

The top J/70 class crews have registered for the final stage, including Bars Sailing Team, the Cup holder for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, and the current overall leader. It has also been confirmed that Ptichki Sailing Team, winners of the 2026 Armenian Open Championship in the J/70 class, will be competing, too.

Since the final results count for double points in the season standings, the stage is traditionally the most spectacular and intense in the series. The competition is fierce, and the cost of any mistake doubles, too, as a narrow margin can decide the fate of the Cup.
