Third stage in J/70 Saint Petersburg Cup

The third stage in J/70 Saint Petersburg Cup will take place on 16-18 August in the waters of the Gulf of Finland 

The regatta is organised by PROyachting company with the support of St Petersburg sailing union. There will be 10 teams from different Russian cities at the start line of the third stage. Based on the results of the first two stages, the leaders are Black Swan, Sail & Sea and Amigos.

J/70 Saint Petersburg Cup consists of four stages. Participants can take part in the entire series and fight for the title of the overall winner, or join in at any of the stages. It is the first time that the Northern Capital has housed such a multistage J/70 Class competition. 

J/70 Class boats boast excellent racing characteristics: high speed, maneuverability, simplicity of handling. The yacht shows good results in both light and strong winds, and her stability and reliability in high waves and strong winds make her comfortable for racing in the challenging weather conditions of the Gulf of Finland.
