Mangusta 104 REV is a super-popular series by Italian Mangusta shipyard, which is a brand of Overmarine Group

Construction on Glida started in 2022, and it is a seventh unit of the sport model created by Lobanov Design studio in collaboration with the yard’s engineering department. Traditionally Mangusta equips its models with waterjets, which apart from speed, gives the yard’s boats another benefit: a small draft. Thus, the 104 REV’s draft is 1.5 m, which allows one to use the yacht in shallow waters like the Bahamas.

Glida is propelled by two Kamewa waterjets coupled with twin MTU engines of 2600 hp each, which allows this rather large boat to reach a top speed of 35 knots “in the utmost comfort and without the slightest vibrations”, as the yard put it. In a cruising mode of 30 knots Glida’s range is 320 nautical miles.

The delivery of the next unit in this series is expected in spring 2025.
