VisionF E-Cat 80

VisionF Yachts is the pioneering catamaran manufacturer in the Turkish market

In February 2025 the yard launched its first, fully-electric 23.97-metre VisionF E-Cat 80. At present, the vessel christened Atraversia is complete and ready to go on her maiden voyage in the Adriatic Sea, while the shipyard is ready to reveal the fresh images of the boat.

VisionF E-Cat 80 designed by Marco Casali of TOO Design studio is built of carbon fibre and features clean, contemporary lines. The catamaran is meant both for private and charter use: with a generous beam of 10.92 m, there is comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests.

Various layout options are available, as well as a fully customizable interior. The Atraversia features elegant minimalist design and a neutral colour palette of white, grey and brown tones.

The E-Cat 80’s huge open flybridge can be divided into four lounge areas: there can be a jacuzzi, an outdoor cinema, sunpads, massage seats, a dining area, a bar and many more.

There is also an opportunity to make the flybridge fully or partly enclosed, depending on whether exterior or interior areas are a priotiry.

The lower deck can be home to four to seven cabins. The crew’s comfort is well considered, too: in addition to the cabins for four, there is a dedicated crew mess and a captain’s cabin, which is quite spacious and ensuite.

The garage on board the E-Cat 80 has an area of 15 sq.m, which is one of this catamaran’s standout features. It allows for accommodating two tenders and a wide choice of water toys.

Despite its impressive dimensions, the E-Cat 80 boasts good maneuverability. Two Danfoss engines of 180 kW come compete with bow and stern thrusters. The cruising speed of 6-8 knots is not high, but the range is almost unlimited under optimal conditions. 54 solar panels charge the batteries nonstop, generating up to 21.6 kW per hour and creating fully self-sustaining energy system. If necessary, there are twin 150 kW generators supported by a 5-ton diesel tank, providing a range of over 1000 nautical miles. It provides backup energy in case there is no sun or in emergency situations, when higher speed is necessary.
